Dedication Ceremony

Sunday, December 13, 2020, at 2 pm, we had a brief dedication of Amy's House. We had hoped for a "Grand Opening," but because of the restrictions required by the pandemic, our ceremony was limited. Representatives of TRIO, the City of Temple, the JLH Foundation, the Baylor Scott & White Medical Center, CRW Construction, and Amy's family were present, and Amy's children cut the official ribbon. The event was held in the large living/dining area because of inclement weather. We anticipate welcoming our first guests in about a week. The most important thing we can do is serve those in need, so away with ceremony and on with the mission. Everything was taped and is being posted on various social media and news outlets. For TRIO, this is just GRAND!
