Heartfelt Thanks

Amy’s House has so much to be thankful for, and now seems like a great time to give some credit to our supporters. Our grateful hearts send thanks to the Temple Founder Lions Club for their gift of $1500, the American Legion Post 133 for their gift of $1500, and HEB for their gift of $1000. Also, I neglected to highlight the gift of $3000 from the American Legion Post #133 last fall into a separate fund to take care of emergency needs for transplants patients in the form of payment for prescriptions or overdue electric bills or even gas and groceries. We’ve had to use the American Legion Fund and the grants from Compassionate Touch many times this year, and we are just so thankful that these funds are in place to help transplant patients going through financial difficulties.
